Karly’s journey with bodywork began at Denver Integrative Massage School when she moved to Denver from Steamboat Springs in 2020. While at DIMS she fell in love with Thai Yoga Massage and she incorporate the philosophies of this healing art into every massage she performs. A focus on creating a balance between mobility and stability in the body is the centerpiece of Karly’s bodywork style; with stretching, trigger point and myofascial release work, and recommended stretching and strengthening exercises. Karly practices a devotion to keeping her body pain free so that she can enjoy all the outdoor activities she fostered a love for during her time living in the mountains, and is dedicated to helping others along the same wellness path.
